Libre Returns & Exchanges
At Libre, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.
Replacements & Refunds
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
- You receive the wrong item.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partner to investigate and, when appropriate, replace the order.
Sizing
Please review our size charts carefully before ordering. Since every product is made to order, we cannot offer free size exchanges.
