All products are made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Prices are in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is charged when you submit your order.

Shipping timelines and our returns policy live on our Shipping and Returns & Exchanges pages and are part of these Terms.

The "Libre" name and logo are trademarks of Libre Strong. The Site, our product designs, photography, and all related content are owned by Libre and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to use.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability.
• Scrape, copy, or resell content or products without permission.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or content (including via contact forms or social tags), you grant Libre a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in connection with our business. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share.

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Libre will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Libre is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
