Shipping Policy
Every Libre piece is made to order. That means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — we produce your item after you place your order, then ship it out. Here's what to expect.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery windows are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can extend delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at contact@librestrong.com.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by your local carrier or customs office.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. See our Returns & Exchanges page for how we handle replacements and refunds.
